1. Is breakfast included in the rate?
Our breakfast is included in some rates, please check your rate plan purchased.

2. What is the check in /check out time?
Check in time at the hotel is at 3:00 pm, while check out is at 12 noon.

3. Is the hotel smoking/non-smoking?
The Radisson Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. We do have designated smoking areas outside.

4. Is the hotel close to the beach?
The closest man-made beach, Kukumba beach, is located 5 miles away from Belize City on the
George Price Highway. The islands of Caye Caulker and San Pedro are about 60-75 minutes away
by boat.

5. How far away is the hotel from the International Airport?
The Radisson is located approximately 9 miles from the Phillip Goldson International airport. This
is about a 25-30 minute drive from the city depending on traffic conditions.
Our Municipal Airport is a 5-minute drive from the hotel.

6. Is the hotel pet friendly?
Yes, we are a pet friendly hotel. A cleaning fee will be applicable.

7. Do you have any brochures/map of the hotel?
Yes, we have hotel brochures and hotel map.

8. Is there a charge for additional person? How Much?
An additional charge of US$15 per person +13% tax is applicable.

9. Is there a cost for the shuttle?
The hotel can provide airport shuttle service at a rate of US$20.00 per person, each way,
between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. For kids 6 years and above the full rate applies. Flight
information is required at least 24 hours prior to arrival date.

10. Do you have a storage/luggage area?
The hotel does provide luggage storage based on availability.
